Sometimes people are stuck in an unhealthy pattern of interacting with themselves or with others. I help clients understand why they have that unhealthy pattern, and I help them create the changes they want. I help clients unlock the things that are keeping them stuck, and I help them move forward in life. I help children process and understand things that are happening in their life, especially if those things are overwhelming. I believe that sometimes a person needs to have some extra help in their life journey. I want to be your ally during this part of your life.
I offer art and play therapy for children. When I provided counseling at two elementary schools, I recognized that some children have an easier time expressing their experience through drawing. I tap into a client's creativity, and I help them see upsetting life experiences in a different light. I help clients gain insight into their lives.
Life is a difficult journey, and it is full of difficult changes. It is full of difficult experiences. Sometimes the past or the future has such a strong grip on your life that it becomes hard to enjoy the present.
