Thank you for visiting my page. The ideal individual I work with is one who identifies that they need help in some area of their life and are willing to work with me to make their lives better. I work with individuals suffering from depression and anxiety; I specialize in working with couples (married or not) and families. Individuals I work with struggle with life's issues (divorce, financial, health, relational) to mood disorders. Typically their goal is to "feel better" or to "fix their relationship". My promise is to work diligently to assist them in achieving their goals using various methods in which to do so.
I offer work with couples and families, as well as individuals. In my work, I use some non-traditional methods (if desired) such as aromatherapy, deep breathing, mindfulness, and meditation. Most of my work is very active, and I will provide tools for you to use when not in session. I also offer text/phone check ins in between sessions.
As many of you have struggled with life's issues; I have my own experiences which led me to this field. I am a naturally compassionate and empathetic individual who wants to assist in seeing each person I work with live their best and most fulfilling lives.
