I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, and I recently obtained my National Counselor Certification. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including youth, teens, adults, veterans, and senior citizens, helping them navigate various mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, depression, grief, and trauma.
I earned my Master's degree in Counseling from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling, as well as a Master's degree in Professional Studies from Alliance Theological Seminary. As a wife and mother of four children, I have personal experience navigating the stressors and joys of family life, which has given me a deeper understanding of life's complexities.
