I have experience in numerous areas of counseling including mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, spiritual issues, trauma, anger management, and marital and family counseling. Biblical principles are commonly integrated in my therapy. I am trained in F.A.M.I.L.Y. Rules, Safe Conversations, and I practice from an eclectic approach.
