As a graduate of Bowie state university, with a Masters of arts in counseling psychology, I serve a diverse population while personalizing care. The skills used come from art therapy, play therapy, CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR, and other specialized therapeutic interventions. I cater to my client’s needs while using best practices.
I started my counseling practice with the desire of "helping others heal" from the conflict they have faced in life and their personal struggles.
