With over five years of clinical experience, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel supported, heard, and empowered. My goal is to guide individuals toward meaningful interpersonal growth, strengthened resilience, and a deeper sense of personal empowerment.
I have experience working with adults facing concerns, including substance use disorders, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem challenges, personality disorders, and mental illness. I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, recognizing that each client’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.
My therapeutic style is flexible and tailored to meet the needs of each individual. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), solution-focused approaches, and psychotherapy.
