I serve clients from ages 18+ with issues related to trust, relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression and grief. Whether it’s feeling “stuck” in life to the experience of relational loss or overcoming the experiences of trauma, you can grow and move forward. If you’re struggling with overcoming anxiety, shame, and patterns you can’t seem to break, I am here for you.
Together, we can identify what hurts and how to find healing. Primarily, I work with a somatic-informed, psychodynamic-focused approach I help clients work with their bodies and minds in tandem to help express, release, and work through the “stuck” parts of themselves that are caught in trauma and pain. I also offer walk and talk therapy.
If you find yourself in a situation that is causing you immense pain, you’re probably experiencing grief in some way. Put simply: it’s loss. Loss of hope, loss of a dream, or even loss of self. I like to think of myself as a “grief doula” who helps usher those in deep psychological and emotional suffering out into a new life of hope.
