About
My commitment to my clients is to provide them with a welcoming place in which they can safely share their struggles and receive genuine support. People generally don't seek help from a therapist until they reach the point where their typical coping skills are no longer working. If you are at that point and need help discovering new methods to help you make it through life's challenges, I can help.
In our fast-paced, technology-driven world, depression, anxiety and high levels of stress are becoming commonplace. Through the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical-behavior therapy, I will help you find balance in your life, strengthen your relationships, and learn the tools that will help you rediscover joy.
In addition to therapy at my office, I offer online sessions, Positive Parenting Classes (online and in person) , and Parent Coaching.
