One thing I always keep in mind is that all of my clients are people. Every person has a right to their feelings and to understand they are important and valuable. Learning how to communicate their thoughts, feelings, and needs is one way to bolster those feelings of value within themselves. No matter what they are struggling with or challenges they are facing, be it anxiety, depression, and/or relationship issues, there is most certainly a way to manage it. As a clinician I strive to help all of my clients find the tools to manager their struggles and challenges.
I am an empathetic listener who main focus is on helping her clients return to their full level of functioning. What they deem that to be. I enjoy working with all clients. No challenge is to big. Helping clients to think more in depth about what their challenges are and how they can solve them.
