I work with couples, adults, and teens whose lives are being shaped by recurring conflict, burnout, ADHD-related strain, emotional overload, betrayal, shutdown, or the slow erosion that happens when stress starts running your life. Maybe you keep having the same fight. Maybe everything looks functional from the outside, but inside the relationship there is distance, resentment, or exhaustion. I am especially helpful for high-stress couples, adults with ADHD or executive functioning strain, and people whose burnout is showing up.
My approach is relational, practical, and direct. We look at the pattern, not just the latest argument. We slow things down to understand what keeps happening, then build a way forward that you can actually use. My work draws from skills based, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care, but the goal is not to to drown you in jargon. The goal is movement.
I bring experience in gender, sexuality affirming, culturally attuned care, which matters when identity, difference, or systems pressure are part of the story.
