Trauma can prevent you from living authentically, triggering fear-based reactions and self-defeating thoughts. I'm here to help you unravel some of these thoughts and find inner peace.
I'm trained in trauma and addiction recovery, certified as an EMDR therapist, a Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II), and I'm informed in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I specialize in C-PTSD/PTSD, childhood trauma, Panic Disorder, Anxiety, Dissociation, and Codependency. I use EMDR and IFS to access difficult memories and reprocess these memories.
