For those experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or trauma, it’s easy to feel miles away from where you want to be. It's even more frustrating when you are unsure what steps to take forward to reach your goals. However, I want you to know that taking these steps is not something you have to do alone. Sometimes all we need is a helping hand to guide us through that first step towards healing. This is something that I hope to provide for others as they start their mental health journey. I work hard to help clients reclaim their life and build it up to something they can be proud of.

By centering my practice on teaching useful coping strategies with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I hope to help clients build the skills and the confidence they need to build a life they are proud of. Additionally, I use IFS/Parts Work and EMDR to help clients process past traumas, stress, and hurt.

I provide a warm and welcoming environment to help clients feel secure as they navigate through therapy. I am welcoming to all identities and backgrounds and understands the importance of guiding individuals in a way that is best suited for them. I often use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) when helping clients build their coping skills. When processing, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help client create a more adaptive neural network, and I have found IFS/parts work to be a helpful tool for clients to build insight and compassion towards the self.
