OCD is loud, convincing, and exhausting, but it is not who you are. I am an OCD specialist treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD.
Maybe you're stuck in cycles of intrusive thoughts, rumination, reassurance-seeking, checking, researching, confessing, or avoidance. Together, we'll work to reduce the power OCD has over your life and help you respond differently to fear, uncertainty, and doubt even when it feels urgent, convincing, and like you must figure it out right now.
I work with a variety of OCD presentations, including contamination OCD, relationship, harm, scrupulosity, health, and existential OCD, mental rituals, reassurance seeking, avoidance, and feeling stuck in constant doubt. My approach using ERP is warm, collaborative, and often humorous.
