I work from a strength-based wellness perspective and provide a safe space for you to explore obstacles past and present that interfere with you becoming your authentic self and living a safe, enjoyable, fulfilling life.
I work with clients ages 16 and up, individuals, partners, families, and groups. Areas of treatment include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, survivors of sexual & or physical trauma, grief, men’s issues, women’s issues work-related issues, ADHD, LGBTQ issues, anger management, and batterer intervention treatment.
