I help kids, teens, men, and families in Florida who feel overwhelmed by self-doubt, stress, anxiety, and the pressure to keep holding it all together. If you wake up exhausted, second-guess yourself, or find it hard to stay connected in your relationships, therapy can help you feel more grounded, confident, and at peace. My work is especially helpful for people who are worn down by overthinking, stress, emotional overwhelm, or a harsh inner critic. I do not just want to talk about what is wrong. I want to help you build real tools you can use in daily life to manage emotions, reduce stress, strengthen relationships
