The goal is that counseling will give you the support and interventions to develop the skill sets necessary to manage or decrease your symptoms.
I offer individual therapy for teens and adults. My theoretical orientation has a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, that supports building upon the strengths of the individual or family. I like to meet people where they are.
