My approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of theories and modalities to tailor the work to your unique needs. I am trained in EMDR and often pull from DBT skills, attachment theory, and family systems theory.
I’m passionate about this work because of my own experiences with self-compassion, radical acceptance, and the empowering (and sometimes uncomfortable) journey of personal growth.
