Hi, I’m Keely, and I’m here to help. I work with teens, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are going through faith transitions, identity questions, life changes, or struggles with self-esteem.
My approach blends together a variety of therapy modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and more) to personally tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs. Together, we’ll utilize a variety of strategies to help you show up exactly as you are, without judgement, and without the weight of anyone else’s idea of who you should be.
I like matching my client’s energy—if humor helps, we’ll laugh. If you need to vent, I’m all ears. If you want to be challenged, I’ll be direct.
