It can be challenging and perhaps intimidating to seek therapy services when feelings of shame, guilt, or worry are present. Others may have thoughts of “something needs to change” but don’t know where to start. No matter the feelings or thoughts, we can work together to find relief. I aim to support clients with identifying patterns and utilizing coping strategies to move clients towards a chosen and more meaningful life. I strive to provide a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and nurturing space for clients to explore life challenges and overcome their struggles.
I aim to identify, understand and treat the core issues that impact feelings of depression, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and difficult past experiences. I have experiencing supporting clients with processing past traumas including emotional neglect, physical abuse, and psychological abuse.
