My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. I offer Art Therapy for those interested, and draw from humanistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based frameworks, as well as CBT, mindfulness, and psychoeducation.
Art making can be one path to reconnection: each mark made is a reminder that nothing is
fixed, and every moment holds possibility. You do not have to have experience with art therapy, art making, or any other approaches to be able to receive and benefit from them.
