Using Attachment Theory + Internal Family Systems (IFS) as our framework, I help you explore what's been keeping you stuck and get to know the deeper wounds these patterns have been protecting. By learning how to better support them all with more understanding and acceptance, you begin to feel the safety in yourself that you're needing to heal and thrive.
