Hi my name is Keeli! I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a background in mental health case management, school-based services, community mental health and private practice. I believe in meeting people where they are and feel one of my best strengths is the connection I have built with so many clients throughout my years. My goal is to work in collaboration to determine your needs and what you want to get out of therapy so we can make a plan that fits best with you. I want to be an unbiased, but honest support as you work towards your goals and healing!
Our first session is an intake session. It will be a time for us to get to know each other better and figure out what brought you to therapy. There will be Q&A and time to discuss your strengths, needs, and goals for what you want to get out of meeting together. From there we can make a plan for following sessions.
I utilize evidence-based strategies and tools in a natural way that does not make sessions feel overly clinical. I enjoy connecting with people, getting to know them and utilizing their strengths in ways to make positive changes in their lives.
