I work with adults and adolescents (15 and older) who have experienced trauma or are struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem or life transition issues. I provide a comforting space to help you navigate life's past, present, and future challenges. Therapy can also help you cope with your feelings, discover new solutions, and change behavior patterns that are causing you distress. If you have suffered from past traumatic experiences and you feel "stuck" I can help you process this trauma through mind/body techniques like EMDR.
I am a client centered therapist with the goal of helping clients become their best selves by using different evidenced based techniques including CBT and EMDR interventions to assist clients in meeting their goals. I am passionate about building therapeutic relationships with clients and empowering them through their journey.
