If you’ve ever thought, “What am I even supposed to say in therapy?” or worried you’d somehow be bad at opening up, you’re my kind of client. Come as you are! You can show up awkward, distracted, overthinking, emotionally messy, or with a brain running 47 tabs and its own personal soundtrack.
Some sessions are deep. Some are raw. Some involve laughing halfway through talking about something hard because humor heals. If gaming, anime, D&D, or pop culture are your thing, we have a lot in common already! I use our time to weave your interests into therapy, keeping things fun, engaging, and low-cortisol.
I work a lot with ADHD and Autism while welcoming people from all walks of life. Brains are adaptive, weird, protective, and sometimes unhelpful, but not broken. Using CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and IFS-informed work and A.R.T we explore patterns, build tools that actually fit your brain, and make space for growth, humor, accountability, and self-kindness.
