If you’re looking for something a little more engaging than your average talk therapy, this is it! My passion is providing a safe space for children, teens, and young adults to be seen and heard. I partner with individuals and families to provide them with the necessary tools they need to navigate life as they develop and grow! No matter how old you are, you're never too old to have fun in your pursuit of improving your mental well-being.
I utilize Play Therapy, ACT, Art therapy, Sandtray, and Motivational Interviewing. Most sessions are centered around creative activities designed to help with behaviors, communication skills, self-awareness, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and trauma.
