My name is Keela Coppersmith, M.S., LPC. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin for 5 years. I see individuals, ages 10+. I believe my clients already have all the answers right within them, and I simply help clients trust themselves again. I started my career journey working in eating/feeding disorders, before joining a generalized group private practice. I am very passionate about treating eating disorders, but treat other conditions, across the lifespan
I am warm, friendly, and caring. I can have fun in-sessions, but also know when to be serious. I will propose goal ideas, based on what I've heard, then ask the client their opinion on my plan.
The first session is spent getting to thoroughly know the client, getting an understanding of their problems, their family/work life, and significant parts of their life history that have led up to now.
