Hello. Are feeling overwhelmed with stress lately ? I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, especially if you’ve spoken to someone in the past and you don’t feel confident that it helped you. I would love the opportunity to meet & talk about your concerns and see if we might be a good fit. I work with individuals, families, & couples who are struggling with feeling overwhelmed in life. I have spent my career helping children, adolescents & families navigate the challenges life throws at them. As a LPC & a School Counselor, I am very passionate about helping families & young adults work through life's challenges.
I help individuals who may be dealing with anxiety, panic attacks, depression or other mood disorders & other life stressors. I utilize an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy that includes but is not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT/Mindfulness, & Solution Focused strategies that allow me to meet clients where they are at the moment.
I have created a safe, respectful, and judgement free environment where my clients feel heard and valued. I offer evening and limited weekend appointments to help alleviate the difficulties of leaving work or school for an appointment. Finding the right therapist for you is important to me.
