Hello. Are feeling overwhelmed with stress lately ? I have spent my career helping children, adolescents & families navigate the challenges life throws at them. As a LPC & a School Counselor, I am very passionate about helping families & young adults work through life's challenges.
I help individuals who may be dealing with anxiety, panic attacks, depression or other mood disorders & other life stressors. I utilize an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy that includes multiple modalities and strategies that allow me to meet clients where they are at the moment.
