I specialize in relationship issues, both individual and couple. Whether you are experiencing change through a major life transition, stressor, or traumatic event, your decision to seek therapy is admirable. Often times we fall into patterns individually and relationally that feels drowning and scary. It takes courage to seek therapy. Together, we will form a bond and build a relationship where you feel safe, confident, and proud. Then, we will conceptualize the problem, connect the dots, and get to action based work. Your story deserves to be heard. Being trained in systemic therapy as well as Gottman methods, we will maintain our bond as we apply new techniques that we know are supported through research. I will lead with a compassionate heart but will be direct with you. I have completed basic training in EMDR through the Parnell Institute as well.
One of the core values of my practice is treating you right. While working with a wide range of clientele for over 6 years, I primarily work with problematic couple patterns, life transitions, grief, aftereffects of infidelity, and depression/anxiety.
