I specialize in the treatment of couples therapy, trauma informed individual therapy, and EMDR. I have a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Director of Alchemy Collective New Braunfels. My goal will always be to work along side you to better understand you and your goals.

For depression, anxiety, and/or trauma, I would normally work with you for 8 sessions with cognitive behavioral therapy. We may include other empirical therapies, which we could discuss. A lens of compassion, patience, and empathy will be utilized throughout the therapeutic process. Most patients see gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and consistent improvement thereafter.
