I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EFT, I help clients develop practical strategies, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
