As a therapist, I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they embark on a journey that encourages awareness, insight, and understanding. My goal is to offer a non-judgmental, curious space where clients feel seen, heard, and known.

I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, childhood trauma, religious trauma and life transitions using EMDR, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT. My approach is compassionate and tailored to each client’s needs. Faith integration available upon request.
