Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Group
Dr. Charette facilitates a support group for women in South Florida who want to connect with other women who are adjusting to pregnancy & early motherhood. This group is for women at any point in their pregnancy or within the first year post-birth. This group is open to all Moms (not only 1st time Moms) and your baby is welcome to be present with you during this virtual group. Many participants join this group during their pregnancy & continue during their postpartum adjustment & beyond. Support Group for Women Who Have Lost Their Mom
Dr. Charette facilitates a group for women who have lost their mother (& father) and are experiencing feelings of grief related to the passing of their parent(s). This group is open to women who have lost their mother at any age in their life. This group is a safe and confidential place for women who want to reach out, listen, share, and connect with other women who are experiencing similar feelings of grief. An additional focus of this group will be on supporting women who are experiencing grief related to parenting, without the presence and support of their own mother.
