Fuerza Curative bridges trauma-focused somatic therapy and energy and spirit work. IFS, Buddhist & Liberation Psychology, and evidence-based approaches also guide the journey. Together, we move away from carceral ideas of emotional "regulation" toward an embodied relationship with the nervous system, revealing choice, agency, and freedom in how we meet life.
