Hi, I’m Kayziah. I’m a therapist-in-training at Sol Health and a second-year master’s student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Florida State University. I’ve worked with youth in juvenile detention, young adults navigating identity, and individuals impacted by systemic barriers. I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC clients, students, and anyone working through anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use CBT, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients feel empowered to grow.
