My counseling philosophy is grounded in a holistic, person-centered framework that affirms each client’s lived experience. I believe that healing and transformation stems from empowerment, connection, and the integration of understanding oneself holistically. My role is to be as supportive as I can with clients by offering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore all aspects of oneself.
I am deeply committed to trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and culturally responsive care that honors the intersections of identity, history, and systemic influence. I work with clients who may experience addiction/substance use, have neurodivergent identities, Queer/Trans exploration, and who may have chronic illnesses.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to authenticity and creativity. The road to authenticity means change. I describe change as “disgustingly beautiful”, and I am here to be on your side with these changes. The therapeutic relationship is a relationship and not one-sided. We can be human together and grow from one another!
