I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. Using this type of therapy, we will be looking at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. I also enjoy using movement therapy. Our body keeps score and releasing tension through movement or dance can be a beneficial tool to your healing journey. I also utilize DBT skills to help you learn to how better regulate your emotions.
