My practice is centered around self-acceptance and non-judgment. I use a Person-Centered model with tools from IFS, Mindfulness-based Cognitive therapy, and DBT. The research shows that the most important element of effective counseling is the relationship, so building authentic connection and trust are my first priority in session.
