My practice focuses on working through anxiety, complex trauma, relational issues, and self-esteem/identity concerns. I embrace an integrative, holistic approach that offers flexibility and creativity to meet my clients' unique needs. I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and believe in the mind-body approach to healing. I also really enjoy (& have lots of experience) working with trauma (relational, sexual, or religious), gender/sexual identity, and women's issues.
