The 20-Something Group
**Online group open to all Texas residents** "Am I doing this right?" The perennial question of the 20-something. This group is for adults who want to explore and alleviate the uncertainty that arises from age 20-30, all while receiving support from others with similar experiences. Held weekly online via zoom. The Existentialist Group
This is a secular (not faith-based) group to process existential concerns. Art Group for Adults- In person
I am now accepting new members for the third round of the Art Process Group! This group is held in person in Denton, Texas. Topics we may address include anxiety, depression, identity exploration, meaning-making, life transitions, relationship concerns, and building a sense of connection and community. No artistic experience required to join, and we will provide all materials. This group will start January 24th from 6-8pm for 15 weeks.
