I'm here to help you/your child work through whatever emotional or behavioral concerns emerge, ranging from anxiety, depression, defiance, anger, etc., to seek more peace, stability, and confidence in your/your child's daily life. I work with both children and adults!
As an EMDR therapist, I am dedicated to healing trauma impacting your present and future experiences. I also utilize play therapy to serve both children and the inner child of my adult clients. I work alongside you to find the right therapeutic approach that works for you, as we aren't "one size fits all", and we navigate the healing journey together!
My primary focus is to create a safe, trusting environment for you/your child to be your authentic self to create change. I believe in the power of EMDR to aide that change and transform lives! It can be a scary step to start services so don't hesitate to reach out with any initial questions!
