Accepting new clients! My passion is working with adolescents, but I’m open to people of all ages. I have experience working with clients in crisis, clients facing anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, self-harm, and aggression, as well as group counseling to explore multiple issues.
I utilize cognitive behavioral theories which allow for cultural adaptations when working with clients. Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) looks at cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects of a person. Though I utilize CBT, I understand that all individuals are different, and I keep an open mind when working with different clients.
