My practice is for those who feel adrift in their own lives or caught in a current and want to gain the ability to once again swim in a direction of their choosing. When your emotions feel as though they have control over you rather than serving as informants, I'll be there to help you understand where those feelings come from and provide support as you form a plan on how to address them. My approach focuses on identifying personal values and context to guide how we name, process, and address emotions through action.

Within my office, you are the priority. The questions I ask and challenges I pose are meant to explore your inner world and help you develop responses to stressful or uncomfortable events in ways that reflect the person you wish to be- all while honoring who you already are.

Opening up to a stranger is intimidating and you may have questions. I welcome any and all questions and offer a free consultation call for those who wish to test the waters before jumping in.
