I utilize client-centered, play based approaches when working with children and offer time with parent(s) and child to help support the entire family. I believe therapy for children should be a safe and empowering experience where they can develop the skills they need to face current and future life challenges.
I specialize in working with children ages 3-12 (but open to all ages) and come from a background working with children and families in various settings, including foster care, housing instability, and youth day treatment services. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, creating art, biking, gardening and playing with my dog :)
