My passion is for helping individuals heal from trauma. My clinical focus is working with clients healing from sexual abuse or assault, attachment trauma caused by abuse or neglect as a child, domestic violence, and cPTSD caused by other complex traumas throughout the lifespan. So if you're struggling with a complex trauma history, or navigating through stressful life events, I will work alongside you to help you cope with challenging experiences and manage the overwhelming emotions that typically accompany them.
I integrate a variety of modalities into my work with clients, including taking a strengths-based, client-centered approach, while also blending EMDR therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT & DBT techniques, systems theory, psychoeducation, and of course, trauma-informed care.
If you're healing from trauma, I want to partner with you in navigating these complex and confusing experiences. I offer a safe and compassionate space for education and healing. I am currently providing individual and group therapy virtually to clients living in New York State.

Groups
Sexual Violence Support Group for Women
This group is offered virtually for women who have experienced intimate relationship violence, sexual abuse, rape, or sexual assault. It provides education on sexual violence as well as emotional support from others who have had similar experiences. Topics covered include, but are not limited to: understanding the impacts of sexual trauma, guilt / shame, rebuilding self-esteem, developing positive coping skills, self-care, and defining healthy relationships. Participants must be connected with an individual therapist to join. If you don’t have a therapist, please contact me and I'll do my best to connect you a provider at our practice.
