This group integrates skills from all DBT modules to generate strategies for future skills use, problem solving, and effective planning. Sessions include member-led discussions and a deeper look at how DBT skills can address difficulties related to shame, abandonment, and managing loneliness. Surviving to Thriving: Trauma Support Group
During this trauma support program, individuals will learn, grow, and heal alongside others navigating trauma. This group will meet virtually every Thursday from 5:00pm to 6:15pm. Your registration is a minimum of 10 weeks and is then ongoing until your group goals have been met.
