In a world where healing can feel overwhelming, I strive to provide a compassionate hand to guide towards growth and empowerment. I have years of experience working in different mental health spaces and advocating for youth with varying levels of trauma; including victims and survivors of sexual trauma, sex trafficking, and physical abuse, along with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, grief, problems with self-esteem, and relationship issues.
I have learned the importance of listening, holding space, and providing a nurturing space for clients to navigate their lived experiences. Using client-centered and strength-based techniques to create a safe and empathetic space, I believe in meeting people where they are and walking the journey of yesterday, today, and tomorrow with them.
