I offer accessible and affordable therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples in person at my office in Tacoma and offer virtual sessions online to anyone in Washington. Because I understand the common barriers to mental health care, I offer a reduced fee and have evening availability.
I work from an experiential model that combines verbal exploration with individualized activities that enhance client strengths and offer new tools along the way. I specialize in trauma and addiction. I am now one of the very few therapists in the area offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
