I offer accessible and affordable therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples in person at my office in Downtown Tacoma and offer virtual sessions online to anyone physically in the state of Washington, Florida, or Colorado. Because I understand the common barriers to mental health care, I offer a reduced fee and have evening availability.
I work from an experiential model that combines verbal exploration with individualized activities that enhance client strengths and offer new tools along the way. I specialize in trauma and addiction. I am now one of the very few therapists in the area offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
