I work collaboratively with individuals who are struggling to achieve the hopes and goals that they want for themselves. Whether you are launching into a new phase of life or are learning to thrive with ADHD, feelings of pride and peace can often be accompanied by hurdles. In order to live an exceptional life, you may need guidance and clarity to allow for goal setting and decision making to occur. I also provide educational consultation services for parents going through IEP/504 Plan processes. These services include report reviews, meeting attendance, and in-school observations.
As a psychologist and certified Cognitive Behavior (CB) Life Coach with specialized training in ADHD and parent consultation, I offer tools to narrow an individual's focus and find out which thoughts and beliefs are keeping them from achieving their goals. I also provide strategies for improving executive function skills and creating parent success plans.
I have a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and practice as a certified CB life coach. With multiple years of experience working with children, teens, and adults, I understand the importance of forming a therapeutic bond built on trust and collaborative thinking.
