Hi! I’m so grateful you’re here and took the first step in acknowledging the importance of mental health wellness in your life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in perinatal mental health, traumatic birth, grief, medical secondary trauma, and caregiver fatigue. I love working with women experiencing infertility, stressed out mamas, and hospital employees who are experiencing burnout. I am passionate about taking care of caregivers by providing a gentle and supportive landing to put down the heaviness that we carry as helpers and empaths.
We’ll start with a safe and non-judgmental space that will allow you to discuss, process, and eventually heal from your experiences. I’ll be here to support you the whole time. I hope to help guide you in your journey of self-discovery, self-compassion, and empowerment in achieving mental health wellness.
