Healing is the process of transitioning from a state of suffering to one of wholeness, serenity and peace. This process is intensely personal, with each person holding inside the answers they are seeking. My own experiences in therapy provided me with the insight that for inner peace to be achieved, one must have a soft place to land and a safe place to heal. By enlisting my help, you can achieve this inner peace using a variety of techniques cultivated over ten years as a trauma informed service provider. My approach is gentle, yet direct and focused on finding solutions, resolutions and making long-term sustainable change.
Working with me, you’ll have someone in your corner committed to providing competent care and driven to empower you to take charge of your mental health. Whether it is healing from childhood abuse, eliminating toxic stress, learning healthy ways of setting boundaries or gaining acceptance of things out of our control, I aim to help you do what it takes.
For therapy to be effective, there must be a solid foundation of trust between you and your provider, which can only be built in a safe environment free from judgement. You are the best person to decide this, so if this seems like a step in the right direction for you, I look forward to beginning our healing journey.
