Taking the step to find a therapist can be overwhelming. I am glad you are here. My goal is to provide a safe space for self-exploration, change, and healing. I work with children, teenagers, and adults dealing with a variety of challenges, including painful feelings, emotional numbness, undesired behaviors, unhelpful thinking, mood challenges, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, interpersonal conflict, life changes, and ongoing stress. My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, compassionate, collaborative, and empowering. I see you, I am here for you, and I believe in you.
I am Level One Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children/adolescents, and trained in the Circle of Security Parenting program for parents of young children. Mindfulness strategies, DBT, positive psychology, and narrative techniques are also integrated into my practice.
We are not meant to face life's challenges alone. I look forward to partnering with you. All identities and intersectionalities are welcome.
